We have the following vacancies:

1) Diving Representative Installation

Location: Offshore, Nigeria Status: Rotational ( 4 * 4)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 2 Years

Description of the SERVICE:
- Ensuring that all diving activities are performed to the highest safety standards with due regards to Company and international codes and regulations
- Assuring that all diving equipment and personnel are suitably certified and in good condition for each operation
- Managing the Site Construction supervision team and controlling the Pipelines EPSCC Contractor EPSCC and its sub‐Contractors (the CONTRACTOR) activities related to Dog legs installation, tie-in to risers and diving operations.
Specific Activities:
• To manage CPY and CTR teams, in order to achieve a proper control of all CONTRACTOR’s offshore tie-in and diving operations, including:
o Movement and positioning of spreads
o Dog leg installation
o Hyperbaric welding
o NDT and dimensional Control
o subsea metrology, Free span reduction
o Installation of protection mattresses, spools, risers, riser guards and tie-in works
o All diving and ROV operations
• To ensure that CPY and international Naval Spread requirements and Contractor Naval Operations procedures and that HSE requirements related to Lay Barge and transportation barge operations are complied with.
• To assess the seriousness and urgency of possible problems encountered by or with CONTRACTOR, and, when necessary, to obtain an acceptable remedial actions plan from CONTRACTOR.
• To assess the relevancy of the construction related CORs issued by CONTRACTOR, and prepare supporting data for the purpose of the internal VOR Review Meetings.
• To prepare and participate to the Weekly, Monthly and, when concerned, ad-hoc meetings with CONTRACTOR.
• Interface Management and Co-ordination
• To co-ordinate as required within CPY supervisory team to manage the interfaces with EPC2 , EPC5 Contractor, Drilling Contractor and the field.
To report on tie-in work and diving activities to CSR
• Oversee the development, production and implementation of a series of pre and post dive check off lists for all diving operations by Contractor.
• Ensure that all personnel in the dive team are qualified and physically able to perform tasks assigned and diving operations are performed from a suitable and safe location on the surface, and in compliance with any permit to work system.
• Ensure that the diving equipment designated for use is: Suitable for the planned diving operation, Inspected prior to each dive and in good working order.
• Maintain and submit reports required by regulations concerning diving operations and equipment maintenance, testing or repair to the appropriate offices within the company.

2) Rigging Supervisor

Location: Offshore, Nigeria Status: Rotational (Expats only) Start Date: ASAP Duration: 1 Year Renewable
SERVICE DIMENSIONS – Achieves lifting activities offshore on schedule and according to HSE regulations. – Manages a rigging team from contractor, offshore efficiently and in a good working spirit. – Supervises rigging contractors with large work force. – Prepares or provides support to the construction work leader in daily reports preparation.
ACTIVITIES – The rigging Supervisor is the designated ‘responsible person’ in overall charge of lifting equipment and operations on the FPSO under ECP scope of work. – Preparing lifting plan. – Preparing the permit to work and getting it approved by Site Lifting Specialist. – Organize day to day work offshore in conjunction with ECP construction work leader. – Compiling and maintaining a Rigging Loft register and make sure that equipment is in good conditions. – Ensures that the level of supervision on site is sufficient to meet project specifications requirements. – Acting as handling and lifting authority on validation of contractor’s key deliverables and prescribed audits as necessary – Liaising with Site Lifting Specialist on a day to day basis for all lifting operations. – Reports any issue to construction work leader and maintain regular and efficient information to him. – Ensures that activities performed on site in the project perimeter fulfil project HSE requirements. – Reports any incident as per Company and Project rules. – Implements with Contractor Site Representative any Risk Assessment of Service Safety Analysis as required by Project HSE procedures. – Carries out all lifting operations supervision / monitoring activities required for the successful delivery of the Contracts assigned. – Participates in Service Hazard Analyses and Attend safety toolbox meetings on a daily basis with contractors’ work teams. – Create work procedures; assess contractors’ personnel and equipment for suitability for the work. – Any other work of a similar nature as may be requested by DW ECP Management. – Providing technical input on contractor and consultant selection with handling and lifting content. – Promoting best practice and use of innovative technology including maintenance of the CMS principles and the LMS. – to verify that the lifting equipment satisfies regulatory requirements: Condition / fitness for purpose, SWL. and WLL, Serial No. Identification Number, Valid certificate, Colour code if applicable.
ACCOUNTABILITIES – Ensures HSE values are well understood and are not breached under any circumstance while carrying out offshore construction activities – Establishes accurate records keeping, project follow up and good progress reporting. – Ensures effective and timely response to construction activity and ensure compliance with company procedures. – Validates offshore construction works by ensuring that they are accurate and meet overall Statement of Requirements.

Required Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – Minimum Qualification: 10 – 20 years experience in Offshore construction, Site supervision, Installation, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning in an Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Industry preferably on an FPSO. Advanced rigging and lifting level 2 competences minimum. – Experience: Verifiable experience in the use of MS Office packages, Fluent in English, Knowledge of CPY Lifting Management System, strong communication skills, manages interfaces effectively.

3)  Floatel Company Site Representative

Location: Offshore, Nigeria
Status: Rotational (4*4)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months
Description of the SERVICE:
Responsible for managing the accommodation of all the personnel hosted of the   FLOATEL being from Company, contractors, subcontractors, vendors or Visitors.
Specific Activities:
• To manage day-to-day FLOATEL operations, in close cooperation with Site   RSES, CONTRACTOR personnel, other COMPANY representatives
• To coordinate activities with PROVIDER Barge Master and take leadership on   behalf of COMPANY for all marine issues
• To manage associated logistic for inbound and outbound movements by surfer   or helicopter for all personnel accommodated on the FLOATEL
• To follow up the forecast and administration of the personnel staying   onboard the FLOATEL
• To liaise as necessary with PROVIDER catering contractor, to ensure that at   any time catering services are in line with actual POB, with contractual   requirements and international regulations
• To interface with PROVIDER to provide him all necessary administrative and   logistic data required for POB control such Contractor must receive under the   provisions of the Service Contract between Company and FLOATEL Contractor to   fulfil its duties
• To follow up and monitor of the Project Personnel Accommodation Plan with   implementation of a 3 months look ahead in order to inform PROVIDER, and his   catering Contractor in particular, of steps to be taken to keep FLOATEL   capacity fully operational in accordance with up dated Construction   Contractor and Company Personnel Offshore forecasts
• To keep appropriate tracking and recording of all personnel movements   arrival departure duration site purpose, and so on by maintaining up to date   the files paper and electronics PTS Personal Tracking system and various   revisions related to the FLOATEL accommodated personnel
• To manage COMPANY personnel allocated to FLOATEL,
• To coordinate activities with other COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES and contractors   for other packages, for activities based from FLOATEL in due respect of   COMPANY rules, SOLAS and international regulations
• The same above duty goes for the quantity forecast of fuel to be kept available   on board for day-to-day operations and sea transport
• To perform recurrent reporting as required by project director.
