1.) Estate Surveyors and Valuers

  • B.Sc Estate Management Second Class Honours (Upper Division) or First Class.

2.) Plant and Machinery Valuers

  • B.Sc Mechanical Engineering Second Class Honours (Upper Division) or First Class.

3.) Resident Engineers

  • B.Sc Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Second Class Honours (Upper Division) or First Class.

4.) Technicians

  • ND Electrical/Electronic Engineering and ND Mechanical Engineering with Upper Credit.
