REQUIREMENTS

-          Design marketing campaigns that promote a product, service or idea

-          Organizing, advertising, public relations, organizing events, product development,      distribution, sponsorship and research

-          Collaborate and network with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organization

-          Communicate with target audiences and managing customer relationships

REQUIREMENTS

-          BSC social science related field

-          MBA together with other proven professional qualifications will be an added advantage

-          At least 10 years work experience of which at least 7 years must have been at managerial levels

-          Responsible for higher level planning of the organization’s day to day activities.

-          Responsible for the overall strategic planning and direction of the organization.

-          Ability to work successfully lead and direct teams and support the Executive Management team in the achievement of organization’s objectives

-          Implement the policies, decisions, orders and resolutions of the organization as directed by its board of directors and exercise general operation and administrative supervision over the authority

-          Assist in the hiring/training and managing of the organization’s staff strength

  1. CORPORATE AFFAIRS MANAGER

 

REQUIREMENTS

-          BSC in the arts/sciences together with other relevant post graduate qualifications

-          MBA would be an added advantage

-          Represent the company’s brand and reputation in public, through both oral and written communications

-          Excellent exposure and connection in the print and electronic media – television, radio, print media etc.

-          Responsible for all internal and external communication including press releases

-          Capacity a wholesome relationship with clients, the media and other stakeholders.

 

  1. FLEET & TRANSPORT MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS

-          BSC in the arts/sciences together with other relevant post graduate qualifications

-          Responsible for daily operations of the transport department

-          Manage a team of drivers and vehicles

-          Manage all of the dispatching, routing, and tracking of delivery vehicles.

-          Responsible for compliance of all transport policies, legislation and procedures to do with towing etc.

-          Manage monitoring and developing a team of drivers and line managers

-          Provide drivers a full debrief, including tacho analysis.

-          Identify operational issues, potential problems and opportunities.
