Hamilton Lloyd and Associates – Our Client is a leading indigenous conglomerate with business interests in key sectors of the Nigerian economy, including foods and agro-allied, energy (oil, gas and power), infrastructure, real estate and services. Due to internal vacancies they have decided to hire a Project Manager for their Real Estate Business.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Lagos

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop business plan for real estate business.
  • Manage projects relating to acquisition of property.

Key Performance Indicators
In respect of the ideal candidate profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration and any other related course.
  • Minimum of five years Experience.
  • Must have real estate background.
  • Must have project management experience (project management certification will be an added advantage).
  • Must be within the sector ie Real estate.
