-          Meet sales targets/goals as per agreed terms

-          Recruitment, training and managing retail direct sales associates

-          Retention of customers and negotiating with prospective customers

RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Perform administrative functions within various department

 

REQUIREMENTS

-          OND

-          Computer literate

-          Sound analytical and numerical skills

-          Experience in insurance services is a plus
