RS Hunter Limited is recruiting to fill the following vacant positions:

Job Title: Dispatch Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

The DDO’s role is to provide excellent service and support to Clients as per the Company Mission Statement.
To achieve the objectives of the role, the Dispatch officer assistant will be expected to
Understand and comply with the requirements published in the Standard Operating Procedures;
Dispatch Coordination and Client Safety
To lead and champion the delivery of excellent dispatch coordination practices;
To direct dispatch coordination planning and identify skill gaps for personnel;
To proactively communicate all relevant safety and operational procedures to all third parties and in-house managers;
To ensure client requests are professionally handled in an efficient and prompt manner;
Escort passengers to and from aircraft when embarking or disembarking aircraft;
Carry baggage to and from aircraft when loading or unloading aircraft;
Supervise and marshal safe arrival of aircraft on to apron parking using approved marshaling signals;
Conduct aircraft marshaling in a safe and efficient manner as laid down in the operations manual;
Present the Captain with Flight Crew Briefing packages as required;
Ensure all visitors to the hanger, apron and airside are properly identified;
