1. PROJECT COORDINATOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
- design office housing units for the plantation
- renovate existing building where necessary
- negotiate project cost with pre-qualified builders
- engage competent builders or incompetent ones
- supervise all construction work
- monitor ongoing projects
- Report to the managing director
REQUIREMENTS
- At least first degree or its equivalent in civil engineering and must be a certified COREN with at least 5 years
